岗位职责：
1. As shift leader to guide FA process and publish basic FA report.
作为班别失效分析负责人员，指引失效分析流程，发布失效分析报告。
2. As shift leader to guide operator FA process and operation.
作为班别失效分析负责人员，指引操作员遵守操作流程，指导作业。
3. Perform FA on electrical fallout samples and Issue MPE to related recipient on finalize FA failure.
对电性能失效产品进行失效分析，发行失效分析到MPE (异常产品消除系统)
4. Perform SAT, SEM, cross section, LCA , EDX analysis.
运用超声波扫描、扫描电镜、液晶、能量色散X射线光谱仪进行分析。
5. Submit FA report to FA online system.
提交失效分析报告到失效分析在线系统。
6. Support PIM/SSDC Failure analysis.
支持电源模块的失效分析。
7. Keep up the Lab in good 5S.
保持良好的实验室5S。
8.Ensure lab operations conformance to EHS requirements.
确保操作符合环境、健康和安全的要求。
任职资格：
Diploma holder of electronic, physics, materials science or mechanical engineering.大专以上学历,微电子、物理、材料科学、机电专业优先。
Familiar with laboratory equipment such as microscope is preferred, freshman will be considered.会使用实验室设备优先，例如显微镜。
Familiar with Office software, especially Word/Excel/power point, have the basic knowledge of written report skill.办公软件，尤其是Word、EXCEL、Power point，具备基本知识和报告能力。
Basic English reading and written skill.基本的英语读写能力。
