岗位职责：
1.Finish maintenance of wafer saw machine on time according to equipment maintenance plan.
依照设备维护计划按时完成裁切机器的维护保养。
2.Using the RCM to improve machine MTBA and product quality.
运用RCM改善机器MTBA和产品质量。
3.Responsible for wafer saw new machine installation and buy-off.
负责裁切新机器的安装和验收。
4.Responsible for new technician training.
负责新技术员培训。
5.Support shift technician to deal with machine trouble in time.
支持倒班技术员及时处理机器故障。
任职资格：
1.Bachelor Degree or above, major in Electronic / Mechatronics
本科及以上学历，电子或机电一体化相关专业。
2.More than 3 years semiconductor equipment maintenance experience, preferably with wafer saw equipment maintenance experience.
三年以上半导体设备维修经验，***有裁切设备维修经验。
3.Good equipment maintenance ability.
良好的设备维修能力。
4.English skill both on reading and writing.
良好的英语读写能力。
5.Effective communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
