岗位工作：
-Collabrative with the sales manager to finish the whole process of work flow, carefully and systemically;
业务员对全流程进行全程把控，细心缜密；


-Proficient in ordering Management: tight follow up and tracing for the orders; and foresee potential bulk problem. 
能独立完成对订单进行严格的跟踪；并根据经验预测潜在的批量问题。


-Work closely with R&D，Producing Dept.,. Follow through the entire merchandising process from designing and developing products, preparing samples, products presentation, order handling until on-time delivery. 
与研发部、生产部密切合作。从设计和开发产品，准备样品，产品展示，订单处理到准时交货，都要做好跟单流程管理。


-Act as a communication bridge between buyers/customer and internal supporting departments to ensure proper and timely information exchange. 
业务跟单员作为买家/客户与公司各部门之间的沟通桥梁，要确保及时准确地保证信息对称。


-Daily multi-dimension communication with sales manager, R&D dept. and producing dept. 
业务员、研发部、生产部进行日常沟通。


任职要求：
- Fluent both in written English, well oral communication in English is appreicated;
熟练的英语书写能力，口语熟练者更佳；


- Trading company ( OEM process ) preferred;
有外贸公司（熟悉OEM流程）经验优先；


- Women high-end apparel experience ( evening dress、fashion、silk garment ) preferred;
女装时装服装行业相关领域工作经验优先（晚礼服、时装、真丝等）；


- Above 1 years working expreriences
1年以上工作经验
