岗位描述

1. Development of suitable adhesive and products. Designing complete adhesive solutions for industrial processes (application, assembly).

2. Project management with sales and marketing focus in Asia, working in a matrix organization.

3. Investigate and obtain market, technology information and trends in the adhesive industry in China (Asia).

4. Cooperate with different PD groups of the Lohmann organisation in assigned projects. Research to expand our product lines and technologies.

5. Update, collaboration and transfer of projects to the relevant interfaces (R&D, sales, production, management).

6. Other work assigned by the management team.

任职要求：

1． Education Background：Master or above in polymer.

2． Skill Requirement：PSA polymerization, modification of recipe，founctional adhesive researching experience(thermal conductive, flame retartant, heat activated...).

3． Work Experience：At least 1 years in adhesive or polymer industry.

4． Training Experience：Practice in adhesive plant is prefered.

5. Language:  Good English in oral and writing.
