岗位描述

岗位职责：

-       Collect and analyze maintenance market information and customer needs, enlarge business scale;

了解在用梯市场信息和客户需求，扩大分公司业务量；

-       Achieve maintenance sales target, explore, maintain and develop potential customers to ensure business development;

完成在用梯销售目标，建立、保持和发展潜在客户，为业务发展提供必要的保障；

-       Conduct quotations and follow up different services such as maintenance and repair to accomplish sales target;

对在用梯服务（保养、修理等）的报价及业务跟踪，完成公司下达的业务目标；

-       Finish the target of free maintenance – payable maintenance conversion, lost elevator and escalator recovery, repair and modernization contracts signing;

在用电梯免保转签、市场电梯恢复、修理和改造项目的合同签约，完成公司下达的业务目标；

-       Apply and collect due amount timely;

及时申请与收回到期款项；

-       Finish other tasks assigned by direct supervisor;

完成上级临时安排的其他任务；

-       Strict implementation of Schindler China Safety Policy and Instructions;

严格执行迅达中国安全政策和现场安全标准；

岗位要求：

-       Associate degree or above, marketing major preferred.

大学专科以上学历，营销、市场专业优先。

-       2 years E&E or related industries working experience , or  with rich sales experience.

具备2年的电梯行业相关工作经验，或具有丰富的销售经验。

-       Basic E&E knowledge;

电梯的基础知识；

-       Excellent communication and sales skill;

优良的沟通和营销能力；

-       Customer-oriented;

有良好的客户服务意识；

-       Teamwork spirit, responsible and active;

具备团队合作精神；有高度责任心和进取心；

-       Self-motivated and can work under pressure;

能自我激励和在压力下工作；

-       Basic English reading and writing skills, familiar with PC application and database;

一定的英语读写能力，熟练使用办公自动化和数据库；
