基本要求

-大专以上学历，有2年以上广告行业的销售管理经验

-为人乐观开朗，语言表达能力强

-细致认真, 责任心强

-具有良好的团队建设管理及处理问题的能力,应变能力及分析判断能力

-有良好的时间管理能力与谈判技巧，执行力强

-崇高的职业道德与积极端正的职业态度

-College degree, at least 2-year sales experience in signage industry

-Optimistic; great speech expression

-Great attention to details, Strong sense of responsibility

-Good at team building & management, problem handling & analysis

-Strong time management skills, excellent negotiation technique, strong executive power

-Strong work ethic and able to maintain a positive attitude

职责与要求：

-负责外贸销售团队的建立、管理、以及部门人员的培养

-负责开发、维护海外市场，寻求跟踪海外客户

-及时了解市场动态，负责市场销售方案的策划、管理和执行

-负责销售团队工作的全面开展、领导、监督执行。

-负责与客户进行合作谈判，与客户建立长期稳定的合作关系

-积极完成业绩指标

-掌握并向销售团队传授灵活专业的销售技巧

-按时制定工作计划，提交工作报告

-Product marketing &Seeking for customers

-Sensitive to market development, sales planning, management & execution

-Sales operation, directing, supervision.

-Business negotiation;Great ability to establish and develop a stable and cooperative relationship with customers

-Effective, professional communication with customers via phone, email or other platforms

-Submit working report & plan on time
