In 1851, almost 160 years ago, FJC Luscher started a business that laid the foundation for the modern enterprise. In 1938, Lohmann started the production of double-sided adhesive tapes, Lohmann is today one of the few adhesive tape manufacturers worldwide covering the complete value chain of innovative bonding solutions. The company’s capabilities, with approximately 1400 employees and a turnover of approx. 200 million, span from adhesive polymerization and formulation to coating, converting and supplying intricate die-cut-parts. Lohmann Tianjin moved to the new Plant which covers an area of 26800 sqm in Oct. 2005, and set up Shanghai Branch and Shenzhen Office in 2004 and 2005. Until 2010, Lohmann has the whole investment of over 20 million Euro and more than 150 employees in China.
