工作职责:

Assist with department daily work, including Argus working, translation, documents preparation and basic supporting works
Help department colleagues arrange domestic and international travels actively
Purchasing if needed
Coordinate billing and payment activities with vendors
Provide secretarial and general support to the work conducted by DRH and SSRM department
Meeting room reservation and meeting set up
Expense report copy and tracking
Letter distribution for the department personnel
Support on in-house departmental/center events scheduling, logistics preparation and event facilitation upon request
Other paperwork and filing if needed
任职资格:
University student in school, can work at least 3 days/week;
Fluent English in writing and speaking
Dependable and accurate; with effective problem-solving skills and being a good team pla
Willing to learn and good at dealing with multi-tasks
Good communication skills
Work in details and be able to work under pressure
Good MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
